Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the private massage and wellness experiences that One Love Massage delivers exclusively at the client's location in Panama City — a service reserved for adults. By confirming a reservation, the client accepts them in full.

Nature of the service
One Love Massage offers private massage and wellness experiences exclusively at the client's location — hotels, Airbnb properties, residences and apartments across Panama City. We are not a spa and we do not operate any physical premises open to the public. Every experience is performed by prior reservation only, and our service is directed exclusively at adults.

Adults only
Our experiences are reserved exclusively for persons of legal age (18+). By confirming a reservation, the client declares that they are an adult. One Love Massage may decline a reservation whenever this condition cannot be reasonably verified.

Our experiences
Our catalogue includes relaxation massage, therapeutic massage, the Platinum experience and tantric wellness experiences for adults. Our tantric experiences are rituals of wellbeing, body connection, relaxation, body awareness and sensory exploration, always conducted with elegance and professionalism. Within these adult tantric experiences, lingam massage is offered as a specific modality; its conditions are communicated and agreed before the session, and it always remains subject to the consent and boundaries of both parties. All of our services are wellness experiences: they are not medical treatments and they do not replace professional healthcare.

Consent & boundaries
Consent is mandatory in every experience. The client may pause or end the session at any moment, without needing to give a reason. Equally, the therapist may pause, decline or end any activity she considers inappropriate. The boundaries and conditions of each experience must be respected by both parties, and a reservation never implies automatic consent to any activity beyond what was agreed. No form of coercion, harassment, violence or disrespectful behaviour will be tolerated.

Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability. The client must provide accurate and complete information. A reservation is considered confirmed once the system confirms it and the client receives its reference.

Therapists
For the Tantric, Nurú and Platinum experiences, the client may select one available therapist. Each therapist may establish her own boundaries and conditions within an experience, and these must be respected at all times.

Location
The client must provide a valid and precise location. We work across Panama City in hotels, Airbnb properties, residences, apartments and other appropriate accommodation. The client must provide the information needed to facilitate access.

Punctuality
The client must be available at the indicated location at the reserved time. Delays caused by the client may reduce the effective session time when later reservations exist.

Cancellations & changes
Change or cancellation requests should be made as far in advance as possible. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email to reschedule or cancel a reservation.

Conduct
One Love Massage requires respectful and professional treatment. Aggressive, abusive, intimidating, discriminatory, inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour towards therapists is not tolerated. A therapist may end a session or leave if they consider that conditions are unsafe or conduct is inappropriate.

Safety & right of refusal
The safety of our clients and therapists is a priority. One Love Massage reserves the right to decline a reservation, or to cancel or end a service, whenever circumstances represent a risk or whenever the conditions of safety, respect or consent are not met.

Privacy & discretion
Client data — including name, phone, email and location — is used exclusively to manage the reservation and deliver the service. We never publish or share private information publicly, and every experience is delivered with complete discretion.
